The building blocks of a better future for all children start here!

A twenty-week interactive adult learning experience, PLTI expands the capacity of parents and other caregivers to act as change agents for children and families. A diverse group of community members are selected to enter the training which is designed to provide instruction in personal and community development and an understanding of government, media and civic relations.

The time to act is now. Register by October 31, 2006 for classes that begin in January by using the application on the back of this form. Seats fill up quickly, register as soon as possible. All participants will receive certification upon required completion of course.
